Can I get names embroidered on the stockings?
Unfortunately we currently don't have capability to offer this option. Some customers have taken their stockings to their own local embroidery shop. We have also had customers use printable iron on transfers available from office supply stores such as Staples. The iron on works well on the white portion of the blades.
How Do I Place An Order?
Simply view the collections, click the Add to Cart as you see items you would like to purchase and that's it! Once your shopping is complete, click on the Cart button in the upper right corner and proceed to the checkout.
We offer tracked shipping through Canada Post and US Postal Service. Our shipping fees are set based on parcel shipping rates which typically arrive within 6 days of shipment and are the most economical. Currently we only ship within Canada and the USA. We are far from having Amazon-like shipping volumes and as such have to pay consumer rates for our shipping to you. In order to offset this, we lowered our product prices by $5.00 for 2014 and beyond. We do not make money on shipping as customers can see on the postage sticker of their parcel. We are always looking for better options for our customers and will pass on savings when we find them.

We use Paypal for all our online transactions giving you, the customer many options for payment and trusted security for your online payments.
Returns & Refunds
We know you'll love your stocking but, in the event you need to return the product, we will issue you a full refund (less the shipping charges) provided the product is returned in new, unused condition. Return shipping is the shippers responsibility.
Do you offer a discount on large orders?
If you want to order quantities large enough for a whole team (or family), please let us know through the Contact Us form. We'll work out a price and shipping options for you.
Do you offer custom stocking colours?
Yes we do but you'll need to contact us through the Contact Us form, on the About page. Just fill out the form with your contact information, type Custom Order Inquiry in the subject field and give us some details about what you're looking for. One of our team members will get back to you promptly to create your order. Lead times for custom orders are 4 to 6 weeks and require a minimum order of 15 (of all the same colour of course).
